I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to participate in the exhasut Competition at the "Bimmers VS The World" event. I understand and accept the inherent risks associated with exhaust activities, including but not limited to tire wear, potential damage to my vehicle, and the release of smoke and debris. I, as the driver and owner of the participating vehicle, hereby assume full responsibility for any consequences that may arise during or as a result of my participation in the exhaust competition. I acknowledge that the event organizers, sponsors, and affiliated parties are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred to myself, my passengers, or my vehicle. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify the event organizers, sponsors, and their representatives from any claims, demands, actions, or liabilities arising out of my participation in the exhaust Competition. I confirm that my vehicle is in a suitable condition for the exhaust activities, and I will comply with all event rules and regulations. I understand that failure to adhere to the specified guidelines may result in my disqualification from the competition and removal from the event premises. By checking the field this waiver, I acknowledge that I have read and understood its contents and voluntarily assume all risks associated with the exhaust Competition at the "Bimmers VS The World" event.
